:: Amanda & Adam's Wedding Album and Testimonial ::

After viewing their wedding gallery and album layout this is what our client had to say:

"WE LOVE THEM LACEY!!!!!!!!!!! Holy Moly they are INCREDIBLE!!!!! I was late to work this morning just so Adam and I could go through all of them! Seriously we were in AWE, they are unbelievable . . . they should be in wedding magazines or ads . . . not because of me and Adam (although he is so stinkin cute) it is because of the quality, the creativity, and the moments you captured! If I were you, I would just look at them all day and be like dang I'm good! :) I just want to look at them all day! We are excited to show them to the friends and family in person!!!! . . . WOW, that's all we can say!!! They are gorgeous! I guess you could say we are pleased."

Nancy and Stuart

About Nancy and Stuart:

Nancy and Stuart's wedding was held at a private residence overlooking the St. Croix River. A friend catered the event showing off her excellent gourmet skills. This non-traditional ceremony had an abundance of pleasing details including each guest dressed in white! The path to the arbor was lined with white candles and rose petals and the ceremony overlooked the St. Croix River.

Nancy became worried when the skies looked cloudy and rain appeared in the forecast. This is the biggest fear with outdoor weddings, but Lacey and I knew that we would still have plenty of photographic opportunities. As the skies became darker, the couple stayed calm and decided to delay the ceremony a while. The rain came and went and the ceremony commenced. The sky glowed with intense blue shifting toward a deep orange as the sun started to set during the ceremony. It couldn't have been more dramatic with flashes of lightning the other side of the river!

Anika and Jake

About Anika and Jake:

Anika and Jake love nature and say that the oak tree is a fitting symbol of their relationship. The Dakota Lodge in Thompson County Park was a perfect spot for their ceremony. The outdoor aisle was lined with giant sunflower arrangements that led them to a huge oak tree where they exchanged their vows.

Jake showed off his design skills by creating a logo and graphic identity for their wedding. Their invitations, wedding website, programs, name cards, table numbers, etc were designed with the oak tree in mind. I can't help but drool over the type treatment on the logo!

During the reception Anika's dad told a particularly moving speech in which he unveiled a surprise. Sitting on the banquet table was a substantial mound covered with a white cloth. During the speech he pulled off the cloth revealing a flawless carved punch bowl with long-necked swans swooping out of each end. Anika's mother and brother filled it with sparking wine and her whole family led a toast to the new couple! The look on Anika's face was priceless.

Dear Lacey and Amanda
I want to take this time to thank both of you for doing such an amazing job of documenting our wedding. Your wedding photography provided us with everything that we could have hoped for. The candid photos of people dancing, couples laughing and all of our guests enjoying the day are priceless. You both managed to capture the most beautiful moments and thus we’re able to relive our special day every time we look through the album. Thank you for everything!

Liz and Keith

“Lacey and Amanda did an amazing job at our wedding from start to finish. We got so many amazing shots that truly captured that perfect day. Having two skilled photographers really makes a difference. They were able to split up and catch more moments at the same time. We were so pleased. At our next big event we will be sure to call them.”
